Lori Gordon

The Aerospace Corporation

Lori Gordon, Civil Systems Protection Lead at the Aerospace Corporation, is a senior strategist in national and homeland security, cybersecurity, and infrastructure protection and resilience. With almost two decades of experience in the Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) and private sector communities, she has advised a range of federal agencies in strategy development, policy analysis, strategic foresight, and transformation. She is also a Senior Fellow at the National Security Institute.

Jeffrey Troy

Aviation Information Sharing and Analysis Center (A-ISAC)

Jeffrey Troy is a Senior IT Risk Manager for General Electric Aviation and Executive Director, Aviation Information Sharing and Analysis Center (A-ISAC). In his role as a Sr. IT Manager, GE, he interfaces with private and public partners on strategic initiatives to reduce IT Risk. As Executive Director, A-ISAC, he sets the strategy, and is responsible for the intelligence services, operations and overall business development of the A-ISAC.

Randy Talley

Randy Talley is a Senior Advisor assigned to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) located in Arlington, VA. He uses his aviation expertise and operational Homeland Security background to provide aviation-specific advice to CISA leadership. In his primary role, Mr. Talley serves as the DHS Lead for the Aviation Cyber Initiative (ACI), a Tri-Chaired Task Force assigned to collaborate across the Federal Government, aviation industry and the research community to reduce risks and improve resilience within the Nation’s Aviation Ecosystem.

Elizabeth Wharton, Vice President of Strategy at Prevailion, is a technology-focused business advisor and attorney specializing in the development, security, and scale of emerging technologies including drones, smart cities, and autonomous vehicles. As VP, Strategy for Prevailion, she leverages over 10 years in information security to oversee the development and implementation of legal, policy, and strategic partnerships.

Beau Woods is a cyber safety innovation fellow with the Atlantic Council, a leader with the I Am The Cavalry grassroots initiative, and founder/CEO of Stratigos Security. His focus is in the intersection of cybersecurity and the human condition, primarily around cyber safety, ensuring connected technology that can impact life and safety. Over the past several years in this capacity, he has consulted with automakers, medical device manufacturers, healthcare providers, cybersecurity researchers, US federal agencies and legislative staff, and the White House.
