Hacking Bureaucracy with Shared Services

Policymakers increasingly recognize the applicability of shared services procurement models for IT modernization generally, but there are some specific benefits for cybersecurity. This talk covers case studies/examples from municipal cybersecurity, election security, and defense industrial base cybersecurity, and explains how to apply the concepts more broadly to federal cybersecurity.
