It Can't Happen Here - Right? ICS Attack Motivation and Targeting

ICS intrusions are assumed to focus on disruption of operations for targets of strategic significance. However, several motivations lie behind ICS events, expanding the list of targets beyond strategic infrastructure. This talk will describe a framework for categorizing ICS intrusions and provide guidance on what asset owners and policy makers must consider when determining the threat landscape.
