Darin Harris currently serves as Principal Intelligence Analyst at Parsons Government Services as a member of the Industrial Control Systems Team. There he conducts cyber security assessments of critical infrastructure systems. Darin has supported the United States Cyber Command as a Plank Holding member of the J4 Infrastructure Team. He was honored to serve as the first Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). While serving at the DHS Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection Directorate, Darin received accommodations from the Central Intelligence Agency, and Defense Intelligence Agencies in support of critical infrastructure defense efforts. Early in his career while supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation Darin received an accommodation for the Secretary of Energy for his analysis and support of the 2003 North East Black Out.

Troy Leigers is a Principal Systems Engineer for Parsons focused on consulting in ICS Security with DOD clients. Troy came up through the ranks as an electrical designer within the Chem Demil arena while obtaining a Masters of Science in Applied Engineering & Technology Management. Since obtaining his degree, he has been focusing more on the IT and Cyber Security side of the IT/OT spectrum.
